Laila Lalami of Moorishgirl has been consistently writing/linking to some of the best material on the Lebanon war that I've seen online--just go to her place and scroll down. Especially the posts "What I Read About Lebanon" and "A Letter from Israel."
The Arabist has also been very good, and Juan Cole is (as ever) a fount of excellent and deeply depressing information--today he has this link-rich piece on how deeply Bush et al. misunderstand the nature of the society they're allowing Israel to destroy in Lebanon.
Finally, if the wretched NYT/etc. coverage of the entire matter is making you as angry as it is me, I'd recommend skipping over the American media (aside from NPR) and reading MERIP instead; this piece is a few weeks old but remains very relevant.
