There's been a series of bombings (at least 3) in Delhi today; just a few days before Diwali and Eid. At least forty-nine, some reports say thirty-nine sixty people have been killed in explosions at markets and on a bus. No word yet on who might be responsible; Sikh militants set off bombs in Delhi in May, but violent Islamist groups have carried out similar coordinated attacks in London, Madrid, Istanbul, etc. It's awful how normal this seems to be becoming.
