Off to San Francisco for the first time in almost two years. I'm going to Berkeley for the Orienting İstanbul conference and will hang around for a few days to see friends and family, visit the painting of Mr. Ahmedinejad that lapata so kindly dedicated to me, and spend a bunch of my stipend at City Lights.
