nar (pomegranate)

At the Kadıköy market today. Last December I violated EU and US agricultural import-restriction laws to bring some of these to a friend in Oxford and to my youngest sister in Seattle, but apparently they're checking luggage more closely this year because of bird flu paranoia. Alas.
