Human Rights Watch reports on UK plans to deport failed asylum-seekers back to Iraq, despite UNHCR's opposition to forced repatriation of Iraqi refugees--not to mention the Foreign Office's own continued designation of Iraq as a place to dangerous to dangerous for travelers.
